Refund & Return Policy
At Cotton Charm Co, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Window
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at cottoncharmco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Made-to-order products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges. Please review sizing and personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
